I really like the suggestion of people in the flames (are they flames? I like imagining that they're in a burning library - however inconvenient her huge (glorious) skirts may be). There's that lady right behind Adele, and the man over David's left shoulder. And people in looking from windows above, too.

About the story. Well, this`s about run away from him to find her lost sister Aello. Bad people said her that there was only one way to find Aello - sell soul to the devil. She stole a book with the needed spell, but David found her before she did something stupid.
